Building Strong Foundations for Lifelong Skating

Skate With Me Foundations is designed for young skaters who have already developed basic confidence on the ice and are ready to take the next step in their skating journey.

Whether your child has completed beginner skating lessons or naturally progresses quickly, this program focuses on developing stronger skating technique, greater independence, and the foundational skills needed for future success in hockey, ringette, figure skating, or recreational skating.

Every lesson is personally taught by me using structured, age-appropriate activities that continue to build confidence while introducing more advanced skating skills in a fun and supportive environment.

This program is best suited for skaters who are comfortable participating independently on the ice.

This program is ideal for skaters who:

✔ Can stand up after falling without assistance

✔ Move comfortably around the ice

✔ Have completed beginner skating lessons or equivalent

✔ Learn new skills quickly

✔ Are ready to develop stronger skating technique

✔ Want to continue progressing in hockey, ringette, figure skating, or recreational skating

Final lesson times are assigned after registration based on readiness and group placement.

📆 Season

September 18, 2026 – March 19, 2027

21 weekly lessons

Holiday Break:
December 15, 2026 – January 7, 2027

Winter Break:
February 12–22, 2027

💳 Tuition

$110/month + GST

or

$770.00 + GST (Full Season)

At time of registration: $220 + GST is due, covering your first and final month’s tuition.

Ongoing payments: $110 + GST is automatically charged on the 1st of each following month. Your prepaid final month will not be charged again.

Tuition is divided into equal monthly payments, regardless of the number of lessons in each month.

Withdrawal: Please provide at least 30 days’ written notice before your intended month-end finish date. Your prepaid final month’s tuition will be applied to that month. Cancelling automatic payments online does not replace written withdrawal notice.

Figure skates and hockey skates are both welcome.

If you're unsure whether your child belongs in Tots or Foundations, register for the program you feel is the best fit. I will review every registration and ensure each skater is placed in the group where they will be the most successful.
